Movement Therapy

Movement therapy  is used to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Benefits include: improved balance, strength, flexibility, & muscle tone, reduced stress, pain, and anxiety, and increased creativity, self-esteem, and spiritual awareness.

Diva Dance: Movement styles that assist with connecting to and feeling different aspects of Feminine Energy: Belly Groove, Striptease, Lap Dancing, Pole Dancing
